27 West 55th Street

Our building at 27 West 55th Street dates from the age of elegance in New York City, and was built in the late 1920s -- just before the onset of the Great Depression.  It became a co-op in 1949, and was one of the first co-ops in NYC.

Our neighborhood carries the cachet of both the grand town houses of the early 20th Century and the elegant architecture of the temples of commerce on Sixth Avenue.  As far as location, our building is truly in the heart of Manhattan, within easy walking distance of Carnegie Hall, Broadway, Lincoln Center, the Museum of Modern Art and Central Park -- not to mention the magnificent shops of Fifth Avenue, Madison Avenue and 57th Street.
